Bean sprouts are very good for Chinese food and salads. A full goblet of bean sprouts contains only 6 grams carbohydrates and some fiber.

Celery is the next in the list of low carbohydrate foods. It yields only 3 grams carbs in 2 medium servings.

So the most important thing one get to know from this list is to stay close to the nature and remain fit and healthy.
