Researchers have suggested that foods that are high in proteins make the secretion of PYY hormone more certain than other foods. According to scientific studies, PYY should be a basic part of the plan of weight reduction.
  • Over avoidance of the intake of calories in the food can lead to various health complications. Deficiency of proteins in the everyday diet can cause harm to every single organ from the kidney to the heart. It also leads to the weakening of immune system. Thus, one’s health is likely to be influenced by various diseases.

A balanced diet must comprise of about 20 per cent of protein. It is not necessary that the protein intake must be too high but in case a person is planning to reduce weight with anaerobic exercises, there is a need to increase the intake of proteins.
